Welcome to the Indomitable Spirit Martial Arts web site. Indomitable Spirit Martial Arts is a family orientated traditional Taekwon-Do School and was founded in August of 1984. Classes are available for both children and adults, beginner to advanced. Feel free to drop by and watch a class or ask our staff any questions.

What is your resolution this year?

Welcome to Indomitable Spirit Martial Arts Ltd. I am so glad you took a moment to visit my site. We offer a great physical workout combined with traditional style Taekwon-Do and real world self defence. We have classes for kids as young as four all the way to seniors. Our programs also teach life skills like focus, respect and self discipline. Regardless if your resolution is to improve school grades, get into shape or simply to learn some self defence, we can help you achieve it.

The office hours are: Tuesday & Thursday 5:45pm until 9:00pm, Saturdays from 8:15am until noon. Wednesdays and Fridays are by appointment only. If you call outside office hours, please leave a clear message with your name and a contact number and someone will get back to you as soon as we can.

We are currently still taking registrations for Kids age 7 to 12 and Adults Taekwon-Do. Our Kinder Kick program is tentatively full. However we do have a waiting list if a spot opens up.
